Richard CarolHIGGINSand Samantha, his beloved wife and daughter, sincerely thank everybody for their kind messages and generous donations for a bench to be placed in Formby Pine Woods. We also thank the many people who attended his funeral, we send our gratitude and appreciation for the kindness and support of all Family, Friends, Neighbours, Critical Care Unit, St. Jerome's Church and School, OGC in Liverpool and Moisters of Southport for their professionalism.
